Reformer Pilates

A precision-led session on the reformer designed to sculpt, lengthen, and strengthen the body. Through controlled resistance and intentional movement, you’ll build deep core strength while improving posture and alignment.

Best for:

Building strength, improving posture, full-body toning.

We offer three types of Pilates classes to meet your needs:
  • Slow Flow for a great stretch
  • Athletic Pilates for a more high-intensity, strength-based approach to Reformer Pilates
  • Pilates 101 for an introduction to Pilates (or if you just need a refresher).

Mat sculpt

Best for:

Core strength, endurance, accessible movement

We offer two types of Mat Sculpt classes to meet your needs:
  • Non-Heated Sculpt Class: Good for those beginning their Mat Pilates journey or just wanting to beat the heat.
  • Heated Mat Sculpt Class: Our Sculpt Lab is heated to 87 degrees so you're sure to break a sweat while we work. 

A dynamic, floor-based class focused on core stability, control, and endurance. Using your body weight and added props, this practice challenges and strengthens while maintaining a sense of fluid, mindful movement.

Private sessions

A fully personalized experience tailored to your body, goals, and movement patterns. Ideal for those seeking focused attention, deeper correction, or a more customized approach to Pilates.

A curated Pilates experience designed for connection, celebration, and movement. Whether you’re gathering with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for something different, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your group - blending strength, flow, and a touch of fun.

Birthdays, bachelorettes, group experiences, private events
